BOOKING CHANGES & REFUND POLICIES

 

  • The Client acknowledges that tickets are non-refundable and/or subject to severe cancellation or change penalties imposed by the Service Provider. The Client is responsible for any such fees.
  • For any changes or cancellations that the attraction agrees to, you must submit your request directly to the Service Provider in writing. The Service Provider will then coordinate with the Fun Malaysia support team to process the change or cancellation.
  • In addition to the Service Provider’s penalties, the Service Provider may charge an administrative fee (Rates could vary for every Service Provider) for processing any change, cancellation, or refund request. This fee is non-refundable.
