The website Fun Malaysia (www.funmalaysia.my) is operated by Longbow Destination Connect Sdn Bhd. Please read these Terms & Conditions accordingly. By booking or purchasing tickets through Fun Malaysia platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and all persons named in your booking.
1.0 Definitions
- "Agency," "We," "Us," "Our" refers to Fun Malaysia.
- "Service Provider" includes but is not limited to Theme Parks, other related travel or services providers, or Fun Malaysia affiliated partners for which you buy the tickets.
- "Client," "You," "Your" refers to the person(s) making a booking through Fun Malaysia and all persons named in the booking.
2.0 Agency Role and Responsibility
- Fun Malaysia acts as a platform or sales channel for Service Providers to sell their park tickets and does not own, operate, manage, or control them.
- We act as an intermediary, enabling you to book tickets through our website and arranging contracts between you and park operators.
- Your rights and remedies are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective Service Provider. In case of conflict, the Service Provider’s terms prevail.
- We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, or failures of any Service Provider or third party.
3.0 Booking and Document Accuracy
- You are responsible for reviewing all booking details (e.g., tickets) immediately upon receipt.
- Names, contact details, and emails must be accurate. Notify the Service Provider immediately of any discrepancies.
- You assume responsibility for any costs arising from unreported errors or omissions.
4.0 Pricing, Payments, and Confirmation
- All prices are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until full payment is received.
- A booking is confirmed once Fun Malaysia issues written confirmation and payment is accepted by the merchant’s system (Fiuu Payment Gateway).
- Failure to pay may result in automatic cancellation, denial of service, and forfeiture of any monies paid.
5.0 Travel Documents, Health, and Entry Requirements
Fun Malaysia or the Service Provider shall not be liable for any loss due to failure to present proper travel documents.
6.0 Travel Insurance
- The Agency strongly recommends Clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
- By declining travel insurance, you accept full responsibility for any losses from a travel mishap.
7.0 Unforeseen Circumstances
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any claims or damages resulting from events beyond its control, including war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, epidemics, government restrictions, or extreme weather.
8.0 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Malaysian courts.
Booking Changes / Refunds
- Tickets are non-refundable and may be subject to Service Provider penalties.
- Changes or cancellations must be submitted directly to the Service Provider in writing.
- Administrative fees may apply and are non-refundable.
- Refunds may take up to 21 working days or more and depend on Service Provider policies.

1.0 Collection of Personal Data
In the course of doing business, Longbow Destination Connect Sdn. Bhd. collects your personal data ("Personal Data") to facilitate commercial transactions and ensure the proper delivery of all associated notices, services, and products. Fun Malaysia will collect your personal data directly from you when you interact with the platform, specifically when you visit the Fun Malaysia Platform, create an account, or book/purchase tickets.

This Personal Data is protected by applicable data protection and privacy laws and typically includes (but is not limited to) your name, contact number, and email address, where permitted by law.
3.0 Purpose of Collection of Personal Data
- We use your data to help you create and maintain your user account on the Fun Malaysia Platform and update your information.
- The delivery of notices, services or products and the marketing of such services or products whether present or future, to you.
- In order for you to enter into the necessary agreement and/or contract to purchase the products and/or services from us.
- The maintenance and upkeep of customer records and development.
- Those purposes specifically provided for in any particular service or product offered by us or our partners.
- Marketing and client profiling activities regarding our latest products and/or services.
- Preparation and execution of all necessary documents and agreements and/or contracts for our products and/or services with you.
- Credit assessments, financial and background investigation as and when deemed necessary.
- For our internal record keeping.
- Prevention of crime (including but not limited to fraud and money-laundering).
- Meeting any legal or regulatory requirements relating to our provision of services and products and to make disclosure under the requirements of any applicable law, regulation, direction, court order, by-law, guideline, circular, code applicable to us or any member companies of our Group.
- Enable us to send you information by e-mail, postal mail, telephone calls, SMS messages or social chat applications about products and services offered by selected third parties that we think may interest you, while maintaining full control over your Personal Data and without disclosing it to third parties without your prior written consent.
